A holiday house and separate cottage with panoramic sea views
The changeover laundry and cleaning bill is the same for us whether a guest stays for 3 nights or a week.
In summer the pool is on and in winter the central heating is on so the costs balance out.
Annex to the house
*If you would like to book the Annex, please add £350 to the week’s rental figure. It is self-contained with a separate entrance. Ideal, for staff or guests who prefer their own independence. It has a view of the sea to the side, its own galley kitchen, bathroom and bedsitting room.
Dogs
Your well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at an additional cost of £30 per week, but we do ask that they remain downstairs as the following tenants may have allergies.
Period of Hire
Rentals commence, unless otherwise notified, at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday except in low season.
Carn Du House details and services:
- If you wish to place a Tesco or Sainsbury online grocery order to come after you have arrived the post-code for the house is: TR19 6SS.
- The use of incoming telephone calls and broadband, BBQ, starter logs and utilities are included.
- All bed linen and bath towels are included.
- Please note, beach and pool towels are not provided, please bring your own.
