HOUSE 2008 PRICES:
Low season from £1370 for a weekend or £1780 for a week.
Mid season from £1880 for a weekend (3 nights min) or £2510 for a week.
High Season from £3200 for a week (min 7 nights).
COTTAGE 2008 PRICES:
Low season from £340 for a weekend or £450 for a week.
Mid season from £450 for a weekend (3 nights min) or £650 for a week.
High Season from £800 for a week (min 7 nights).

High Season:
28th June - 30th August 2008.
19th December 2008 - 5th January 2009.
Bank Holidays: 2nd May - 4th May 2008 and 23rd - 25th May 2008.
Half Terms: 4th - 21st April 2008, 23rd May - 1st June 2008 and 17th - 2nd November 2008
Mid Season: 21st March to 27th June 2008 and 2nd September to 5th November 2008. (Excluding bank holidays and half terms.)
Low Season: 6th January to 20th March 2008 and 6th November to 18th December 2008 (Excluding bank holidays and half terms.)
The following services are included:
- A morning bed making and tidy-up service provided by Loraine our Housekeeper.
- The services of Loraine for help in booking events, outdoor pursuits and local beach knowledge.

Your Tesco online grocery orders will be signed for and put away, on the day of your arrival. The post code for the house is: TR19 6SS. Please liaise with Loraine for suitable delivery times before placing your order.
- The use of telephone and broadband, BBQ, logs and utilities.
- All bed linen and bath towels.
Please note, beach and pool towels are not provided, please bring your own .
Additional services available on request:
- The charter of our 42ft Princess (sleeps 4-6) for secluded picnics and fishing trips.
- Catering, where we can organise for food to be placed in your freezer prior to your arrival, or have your daily meals, dinner parties and picnics personally catered for at Carn Du by local cooks.
- Babysitting or registered child minding.
- Advanced bookings for local events, fishing trips and sailing courses.
